I watched this on TED and wanted to share

I just got an email from Netflix saying they lowered my monthly fees. This is only the second time ever for me (a company lowering their rates.) First was Vonage couple years back. This act is easy to dismiss, but has profound effects in customers mind not to mention the value of the brand.
